CST at Rohde & Schwarz Nordic EMC Tour 2017

CST has partnered with Rohde and Schwarz, a leader in testing and measurement for wireless communication systems. Simulation and measurement are used in conjunction to improve the way
electronic systems are designed.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is a concern for every designer of electronic systems in order to develop reliably operating devices and to fulfil legal requirements. While measurement has been well established for EMC testing for decades, it increasingly gets complimented by electromagnetic simulation as well. Especially for early stage analysis, before the first prototype is built, and last minute troubleshooting, EMC simulation is of significant help. It offers additional insight into the problem, for example, field visualization can point out directly problematic design areas. It also enables quick testing of EMC improvements and allows long-term understanding of EMC mechanisms.

This spring, Rohde and Schwarz is touring Nordic countries presenting their technology and CST is proud to be joining them to share how our own powerful simulation tools complement testing and measurement. CST principal engineer Tilmann Wittig will be presenting "EMC Simulation: Early Stage Analysis and Troubleshooting."

To register, head over to the Rohde and Schwarz website.
